Our event rental is built for a ten hour period and includes tables and chairs for two hundred and fifty guest with additional tables and chairs available for rent.
Our current event season runs from
June 1st to September 30th.
Tours are available by appointment only.

the possibilities are endless within the warehouse. the warehouse space can seat up to five hundred guest with seating for two hundred and fifty guest included in the rental. additional seating and linens are available through our rental partners.

overlooking the alcove, the loft is a private changing space with lounge seating, hanging storage and a refrigerator.
Investment
our base rental includes a ten hour rental period that can begin as early as nine in the morning with all events coming to a close at eleven in the evening, use of the suite, patio and loft. seating for two hundred and fifty guest with forty round tables, ten six foot tables and six bistro tables. two mobile bars with two kegerator hook ups. amble parking, and dock access for photos.

Full Service Package
event design and coordination. this includes floor plan design, vendor curation, ceremony and reception design, consultation and planning meetings, set up and tear down service and day of coordination throughout the event.
