Our white washed walls and vaulted ceilings create the perfect backdrop for any style of event. With views of the Puget Sound and Olympic Mountains and dock access for sunset photos on the Sound, let Waterfront Venue be the place where you start your forever together.
Our event rental is a standard ten hour period from 1pm-11p. Tables and chairs are included for two hundred and fifty guest with additional tables and chairs available to rent.
We currently host events from June 1st-September 30th and the venue is closed to events October 1st-May 31st for winter boat storage inside of the venue.
Tours are available by appointment only.

ideal for guest counts above two hundred or more, the white washed, shiplap walls create a natural background for your arbor to frame your ceremony. alternatively set along windows for dramatic aisle and views of the narrows bridge and waterway.

Investment
our base rental includes a ten hour rental period that can begin as early as nine in the morning with all events coming to a close at eleven in the evening, use of the suite, patio and loft. seating for two hundred and fifty guest with forty round tables, twenty six foot tables and six bistro tables. two mobile bars with two kegerator hook ups. ample parking, and dock access for photos.

Additional Services
Event design and coordination. This includes floor plan design, vendor curation, ceremony and reception design, consultation and planning meetings, set up and tear down service and day of coordination throughout the event. Please inquire for pricing.
All day buyout, for those looking to add additional time to their rental the day of their event, the all day buyout gives venue access at 9am for set up, hair and make up and photos to begin. Additional time can also be added to your rental at the rate of four hundred dollars an hour, by the hour.
