tables, chairs and linens

each rental includes tables and chairs to accommodate two hundred and fifty guests. currently, the venue has thirty, sixty inch round tables, ten, six-foot tables, six bistro tables and one hundred and fifty white padded chairs. table linens, service ware, decor, additional tables and chairs can be sourced through your catering company on through Waterfront Venue. when the venue manages your rentals, we will oversee the delivery, set up and return of rental items so that you can walk into your rental with the room set.



with a shared commitment to provide quality service and an elevated experience, waterfront venue has partnered with some of the south sounds best catering companies. clients may work with one of our catering partners or can choose to pay a two thousand, five hundred dollar buy out charge to bring in their own licensed and insured catering company or food truck. outside caterers must provide copies of insurance and license as well as sign a one day catering agreement before a client can retain their services. all caterers must provide full service catering staff that will manage all busing and clean up until the conclusion of the event.

bar service

each rental includes the use of two, shiplap mobile bars that hold one full size keg each.

clients are allowed to provide their own wine, beer and spirits. all bar service must be conducted by a licensed and insured bartender hired through your caterer or a bartending service. conveniently purchase full or half kegs from Narrows Brewing Co., located within the warehouse space. choose from their in house craft beer and domestic and imported favorites like coors, bud light, rainier and more. narrows will tap your kegs the morning of your event to allow beer to settle  so its ready to serve during cocktail hour.

rental period

each rental is built for a ten hour rental period. the venue can be accessed as early as nine in the morning with sound needing to be off at 10pm. the venue closes at 11pm. set up and tear down time must be factored into the event rental. additional time beyond the 10 hour package is available at an hourly rate
